The first issue in a series! Our theme is the deadly seven sins, starting with Pride as it is pride month. This is a collection of writings and artworks from trans and queer satanists! We are members of the art collective of First Church of the Morningstar.

This is amazing, thank you for sharing this, and for the extensive footnotes.
I am always learning more about what I call the ‘infernal’ nature of Satanism and LHP ascent. Who we are as humans includes many ‘messy’ and chaotic feelings and desires, but the deep and forceful nature of these desires is masked by powerful social conditioning. To be fully human is to sometimes feel lascivious, duplicitous, manipulative, violent and even murderous, with raging hungers and desires that will not be easily denied. The mind control of societal conditioning binds these aspects of ourselves deep inside, where we subconsciously react to them but haven’t owned them.
Part of the power of reclaiming all parts of ourselves by active transgression against the hidden bonds is to bring the denied thoughts and actions into the light of consciousness and experience. There is immense and thrilling power in deeply expanding who we are by tapping back into all of who we are. The chaotic and forceful aspects of ourselves are by nature the strongest. They are essential for our sense of power, and the potential of development of that power in the journey of our ascent. Psychologized magic is about this personal power, and shaping of that power through contact with the demonized and divine entities who support our spiritual development.
The layer of societal mind control that binds an inner continent of self-denial and dissonance about who we really are—and who we are ‘allowed’ to be—is painful and fundamentally crazy making. Antinomian reordering of our relationships with ourselves and others allows us to navigate personal integration and self-control of these aspects of being by the process of developing our own nuanced and deeply personal values and ethics. The creative shaping and expression of these desires and behaviors ultimately shapes our identity as both individual and social humans, and as left-hand path wielders and shapers of the power of magick.
